His research interests include smart energy, IoT, data analytics, wireless communications, and the development of cyber-physical systems and digital twins. He has been a PI and co-I on many projects funded by UKRI and EU with a value of over £17M. |

He obtained MSc in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy and Xi'an Jiaotong University, China in 2016, and PhD in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Manchester in 2020. |
