Overview

Dr. Zhu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Vibration Engineering Section. He obtained his PhD from the University of Liverpool in 2020. Before joining the University of Exeter, he worked as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). Zuo’s research interests are in system identification, Bayesian methods and structural health monitoring. He is experienced in full-scale dynamic testing of structures and has led and participated in several structural vibration projects in countries across the world. He now carries out research on population-based structural health monitoring (PBSHM) of civil infrastructure as part of the UKRI-funded ROSEHIPS program grant.
