Jing Leng

Jing Leng is an engineering postgraduate student, funded by the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy, University of Exeter. 
He started his academic journey at the University of Exeter in February 2025 and explored research under the guidance of Dr. Jingchao Jiang and Prof. Ion Sucala.
As a member of the Smart3D Lab, he is constantly exposed to technologies and innovative ideas of the Multi-material Pellet 3D Printing System.
Jing Leng completed his MSc in Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he established a solid foundation for his current academic pursuits. He is now conducting engineering research focused on multi-material pellet 3D printing, aiming to enhance the manufacturing capabilities of this technology through innovative 3D printing system design.
