Dr Tarek Ihab Abdelsalam is a Lecturer in Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of Exeter. His teaching focuses on core Mechanical Engineering topics—including thermofluids, heat transfer, and thermal energy systems—alongside applied engineering design and field-based learning. Tarek is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng), Member of the IMechE, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a Professional Member of the International Solar Energy Society (ISES).
