Professor Tim Holsgrove

Tim Holsgrove is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, lead of the Biomedical Engineering Group in the Department of Engineering, and Engineering Deputy Director of Research and Impact. Professor Holsgrove’s research focuses on developing and implementing novel methods to understand spinal injuries, degeneration, and treatments, including the investigation of intervertebral disc mechanobiology using a unique six-axis bioreactor. He also works with clinicians to complete clinical research to improve patient outcomes.
