Overview
My research focuses on the design and modelling of offshore renewable energy structures and resources. Prior to joining the University of Exeter, I worked in the offshore renewables industry for 12 years, for both technology developers and consultancies. During this time I worked on the design, numerical modelling and physical testing of a wide range of concepts. My current research is focussed on statistical modelling of extreme environmental conditions and extreme structural responses.Publications
