Miss Jess Holland
Postgraduate Teaching Associate (Engineering)
Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy
I am a joint University of Exeter and University of Queensland PhD candidate, funded by the QUEX Institute. My primary supervisors are Gavin Tabor (UoE) and Damien Batstone (UQ). I am looking into machine learning for predictive maintenance in waste water treatment equipment, attempting to use audio features as an input.
I graduated with a MEng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter in 2020 and worked at the University as an Educational Technologist and a Digital Learning Developer for Engineering before starting my PhD.
