Overview
Xingyue is an engineering PhD student funded by the China Scholarship Council, working under the supervision of Professor Voicu Ion Sucala and Dr Dong Wang.
Prior to this, in 2021, she earned a dual bachelor's degree in Electric and Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). She then achieved a Master of Science degree with distinction in Engineering and Business Management at the University of Exeter in 2022.Research interests:
Her research interests are focused on medical equipment intelligence, biomechanics, and numerical analysis. Currently, her research is about designing a new microtome by mainly using multi-sensor information fusion and finite element analysis. This research could contribute to Precision medicine.
