Miss Yanyan Tian
Overview
Yanyan Tian is an engineering postgraduate student supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). She started her academic journey at the University of Exeter in September 2023 and explored research under the guidance of Professor Voicu Ion Sucala and Dr Dong Wang.
Yanyan completed her MSc in Engineering Business Management at the University of Exeter with distinction, which laid the foundation for her current academic pursuits. She is currently undertaking engineering research with a particular emphasis on the dynamic and transformative potential of digital twin technology in the field of predictive maintenance. The expectation is to improve the efficiency and reliability of machines and systems through innovative applications of digital twin technology. This advanced predictive maintenance approach aims to anticipate the prevent potential equipment failures.
