Many of the researchers in this theme work on fundamental of materials science in areas such as functional materials, nano-materials, and graphene, together with applications such as building materials and wearable fabrics. Others work on manufacturing research such as Additive Manufacturing and other technologies which are part of Industry4.0, such as digitalisation.
